As a Program Manager 2, you'll contribute to meaningful projects that shape the future of aerospace.
Lead the multidisciplinary team (IPT) in charge of the project. Fully understand the project management methodology (management of costs, deadlines, quality, etc.) Draws up the contract compliance form, with information on how differences will be corrected. Is familiar with the tools used to demonstrate program compliance with the contract (test reports, SAP inventory extraction, etc.). For a new contract, ensures that the processes needed for contract compliance are in place (billing, payment, etc.).

• Clarifies RFQ scope of work expected by the customer with sales team and/or customer.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related business management or related engineering discipline or 6 years related experience in lieu of Bachelor's level degree to meet the education requirement. OR Requires an Associate's degree in a related business management or related engineering discipline and 3 years related experience in lieu of Bachelor's level degree to meet the education requirement.

• PMP certification is preferred.
• In addition to meeting the education requirement, requires an additional 5 years' experience in project or program environment with 2 of the 5 years being in one or a combination of the following.
• Managing programs (program manager)
• Project or program team environment/exposure as a key project/program team member (IPT member) with ownership of their scope, schedule, and budget.
