Salesperson Part Times Sales

We are looking for friendly, outgoing individuals to join our team as Clothing Sales Associates at our Idaho Falls store. As a member of the Al's team, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive shopping experience for every customer.

Deliver a positive customer experience through friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service.

Assist customers on the sales floor and in fitting rooms with sizing, styling, and product selection.

Help customers locate merchandise, sizes, and styles quickly and efficiently.

Answer questions and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.

Support merchandising, restocking, and display maintenance efforts.

Stay informed on current fashion trends, seasonal products, and brand knowledge.

Work collaboratively with team members to support store goals and customer satisfaction.

Required Comfortable engaging with customers and initiating conversations.

Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Helpful Previous retail or customer service experience.

Interest in fashion, apparel, or active/outdoor lifestyles.

Familiarity with premium clothing brands and current trends.

Experience working in specialty retail or apparel sales.

The schedule for this position includes day and evening shifts Monday through Saturday between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM, with open availability required on Saturdays. Shifts are available in 4-, 6-, and 8-hour blocks. This can be a full-time or part-time role, with hours ranging from 18 to 40 per week. Weekend, holiday, and evening availability is required.
