EMPIGO Technologies is seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our dynamic team. You’ll support clients, manage infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal performance across platforms. Provide escalation support for multiple clients across the organization
Administer and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure environments
Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues
Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions
Collaborate with clients and internal teams on technical projects
Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)
Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting and administration
User account and security policy management
Network performance monitoring and resolution
Virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper‑V)
Cloud services and infrastructure (Azure, Microsoft 365)
4–6 years of experience in systems administration and IT support
High school diploma with relevant experience, OR Associate's degree in IT-related field, OR relevant professional certifications
Proven success in managing enterprise-level systems and networks
CompTIA Network+ or Security+ (preferred)
Expert level knowledge of support in both Windows and Mac OS environments
Expertise in Windows Server and Active Directory
Proficiency in Microsoft Azure and cloud technologies
Customer-focused approach with professional demeanor
