Job Title: Part-Time Sales Associate
Location: Fashion Island; Pay Rate (Hourly): $18-$20 Based on level of experience + Commission Opportunities

The sales associate/ welder role is an exciting opportunity to provide world-class service while offering a rapidly growing experience through permanent jewelry and delighting our Newport Beach customer.
Driving Sales and Exceptional Customer Experience
Achieve individual sales and KPI targets through delivering exceptional service to customers
Deliver in store services with confidence (eg: welding, engraving and monogramming), training provided
Comply with Monica Vinader company policies and procedures at all times
Exceptional personal grooming and presentation
Support the management team to deliver operational tasks (eg: stock takes, visual merchandising guidelines, stock deliveries)

Prepared to go the extra mile to ensure customer expectations are achieved
