Packer - 2nd Shift

Position Type: Long-Term Temporary Assignment (6 Months to 1 Year+)

Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Overtime: Must be available to work Saturdays as needed

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and motivated Packers to join a fast-paced production environment. This is a long-term temporary opportunity expected to last 6 months to 1 year or longer. Candidates must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team setting while meeting production standards.

Responsibilities

Pack materials into boxes according to customer and company specifications.

Ensure products are handled carefully and packaged properly.

Maintain quality standards throughout the packing process.

No product can be placed on or come into contact with the ground.

Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.

Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines.

Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

Positive attitude with the ability to work as part of a team.

Patience and willingness to learn.

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Must be available to work overtime and Saturdays when required.

Fast-paced manufacturing/production setting.

Non-climate-controlled facility; temperatures may vary throughout the year.

Schedule & Breaks

Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Two paid 15-minute breaks

One 30-minute unpaid lunch

Saturday work may be required based on production needs

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
