We are currently seeking a qualified provider to join our patient-centered care team as an Advanced Practice Nurse/Physician Assistant (APRN/PA) at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS). In this role, you will support the operations at the Jonesboro Family Medical Center (FMC) by serving as a key clinical extension.

Your responsibilities will include managing clinic workflows efficiently, coordinating complex visit schedules, and performing ENT procedures with accuracy. You will independently handle patient evaluations in collaboration with supervising physicians to ensure seamless, high-quality outpatient care. The APRN/PA will conduct clinical assessments, assist with care coordination, respond to messages via MyChart and in-basket, address patient inquiries, and manage prescriptions. In the outpatient setting, duties include evaluating new and follow-up patients, reviewing pathology and imaging results, and providing comprehensive patient education and follow-up planning. Additionally, the APRN/PA will serve as a primary communicator between the care team and patients, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange.
