Restaurant Morning Prep Position

Prep Cook - Morning Position In this role, you will serve as a vital member of our kitchen team to ensure a seamless dinner service and create amazing dining experiences for our guests. Whether you are new in your culinary journey or to the world of hospitality, or a seasoned cook looking for stability and structure, we offer gainful employment as well as great opportunities to grow with the organization long-term.
This is a morning position, with hours typically ranging from 7am-3pm, 4-5 days per week. We're offering an hourly range between $16-$20 per hour based on experience.

Basic Qualifications Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and other employees; detect and identify safety issues, and comply with safety guidelines and standards
Lift and carry trays, dishes, equipment, and goods up to 50 lbs; stock inventory; perform restocking duties
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; bend, stoop, reach to access various areas and items; work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Work in a variety of temperatures, both hot and cold; lift, push, or pull objects such as tables and chairs to reconfigure seating arrangements
Use kitchen equipment safely and efficiently (ovens, grills, knives)
Maintain a neat and organized workspace, including proper storage of supplies and cleaning of surfaces
Move quickly and efficiently to respond to customer needs; work in close proximity to coworkers in a crowded kitchen or serving area
Tolerate exposure to potential allergens and food odors; maintain a professional and hygienic appearance, proper uniform and personal grooming
Understand directives and communicate effectively with Leadership and coworkers
