Cooper's Hawk is now hiring a Porter for Piccolo Buco!

The Piccolo Buco Porter is critical to the success of the company and plays an integral role in ensuring a positive experience for each guest. As a member of the Piccolo Buco team, the Porter ensures our restaurant is always clean and safe for our team members and guests, clean items are stored properly in their zone, the dish machine is well maintained, and the dish area is kept sanitary, clean, and organized.

Polish flatware and ensure silverware are neat and tight in napkin fold.

Follow proper wine glass polishing procedure and zone stemware for TMs to take out for full hands in & out of the kitchen.

Support in restock the bar with glassware and beverage station with glassware

Support with removing full bus tubs from the bar and replace with a clean empty bus tub

Assist operational excellence by cleaning and restocking all plates, dishes, utensils, glasses, silverware, pots, pans in the restaurant

Maintain a safe, clean, organized and stocked work area

Clean and maintain the dishwasher as directed

Sweep and mop the kitchen floors as needed or as directed

Adhere to all kitchen systems and standards

Follow departmental checklists and standard operating procedures to ensure work areas are prepared for opening, mid-shift or closing in accordance with company guidelines

A hospitality-focused individual with a passion for guest service

Knowledge of and passion for food, wine and beverages

Must be able to read, write and understand English

Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and some holidays

Ability to stand and walk up to 10 hours per shift
