A well-established interior specialty contractor with a growing Southeast presence is adding a Paint Project Manager to its Savannah, GA area office. The company works in healthcare, multifamily, and hospitality, handling new construction and renovation across a regional project footprint. The Savannah office manages over $20 million in annual contracts, runs lean, and is on an aggressive expansion path. For a commercial paint PM after autonomy, meaningful bonuses, and a real career path, this one is worth a conversation.

• Anticipated $85,000–$110,000, based on experience
• Performance-based bonus — can be substantial based on project and company profitability

Overview:
Manage commercial paint and wall covering projects from pre-construction through closeout
Hold budgets and schedules across multiple active projects at once
Coordinate subcontractor crews, track manpower, and keep material available to the floor
Manage submittals and RFIs and run owner/GC meetings
Maintain quality standards and keep subs in a position to succeed
Report directly to regional office leadership
Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Commercial paint and wall covering project management experience — required
• High-end commercial interior finish background preferred (healthcare, multifamily, hospitality)
• 3–7 years of PM experience in commercial construction — specialty contractor preferred
• Comfortable in a non-union, subcontracted-labor environment
• Bilingual English/Spanish a meaningful advantage
• Interest in future branch leadership
