ICU RN Relocation Package

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse – ICU to join a 32-bed Intensive Care Unit in Las Cruces, NM. This role is ideal for an experienced RN who enjoys working in a collaborative, high-acuity environment and providing comprehensive care to critically ill patients.
The ICU cares for patients with conditions including respiratory failure, cardiopulmonary disease, sepsis, and diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA), with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio .
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000
Relocation: Partial assistance available
Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary care team.
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining safety standards.
Minimum 3 years of RN experience
Active New Mexico RN license or applicable compact license
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
Relocating candidates should be available to start within 30–45 days
