Headquartered in Boston, Veolia has more than 10,000 employees working at more than 350 locations across North America.Job Description Under immediate direction, provides timely response of customer inquiries up to and including pick-ups, schedules, product orders, etc., and all other aspects of a customer's needs. Dispatches vehicles on a pre-set route for each CSR on a daily basis in the interest of efficient customer service. The Dispatcher also monitors compliance with company policies and federal and state regulations. Communicate driver issues with Customer Service, Transportation Supervisor and/or Facility Manager.Assist Customer Service with customer requests, route changes, rescheduling for pickups/missed stops.Provides highest level of customer service to all customers in line with Customer 1st objectives.Monitor and escalate Salesforces cases to supervisorAssist walk-in customers area.Ensure handheld entry back-up to mobile hub. Resolve/escalate issues related to handhelds/mobile hub.Build and print routes for drivers daily, including but not limited to shipping documents, route sheets, barcode labels.Review and updates routes, new customers based on daily communication, reroutes existing customers as required.Download PDTs from previous night.Monitors Company policies and procedures, communicating to staff, as necessary.Communicate performance standards and objectives.Monitors operations and work of all CSRs.Perform any other administrative duties assigned by management.Qualifications Basic Required Qualifications:High school diploma or GEDOne or more years of experience as an Administrative AssistantSkills to use or ability to quickly learn programs and systems required for the job (Salesforce CRM, JJ Keller, Atlas routing software)Preferred Qualifications:Two or more years of transportation/logistic experienceDemonstrates the ability to work safely and carefully to prevent injury to self or others.Demonstrates knowledge of computer software applications to include spreadsheets and word processing.Periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerTalking constantly expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken wordVisual acuity - Must have close visual acuity to perform activities such as, preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading, filing papers, operating a vehicle, etc.Comprehensive benefits package includes paid time off policies, as well as health, dental, vision, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteering and more.
