Material Handler - Distribution Center & Warehouse

Job Summary
A Warehouse Material Handler is responsible for unloading, sorting, stacking, wrapping, and preparing products for storage or shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role ensures products are handled safely, pallets are securely wrapped, and shipments are accurately prepared while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Responsibilities
Load, unload, sort, and organize products within the warehouse.
Wrap pallets using manual or automated pallet wrapping equipment.
Prepare products and pallets for storage and outbound shipment.
Operate manual and electric pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies.
Maintain accurate inventory and staging areas.
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Work collaboratively with warehouse team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred, but not required.
Experience operating a pallet wrapping machine is a plus.
Ability to safely operate manual and/or electric pallet jacks.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive bending, lifting, twisting, and standing throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable with a strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work well independently or as part of a team.
