What You ll Do
Provide expert neurological care for 8 12 patients, including admissions
Conduct lumbar punctures and brain death exams
Manage neurocritical patients and coordinate with APP support
Respond to on-call emergencies adhering to unit protocols
Maintain timely documentation and patient updates
Obtain temporary privileges as required
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and standards
What You Need
Required:
NCC certification
Experience in neurocritical care or similar setting
Ability to perform LPs and brain death exams
Clean background check necessary for temporary privileges
Preferred:
Prior experience in a hospital neuro-intensive care unit
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
