Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit during night shift hours
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility standards
Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the assignment
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical nursing
Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) on a variable schedule
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior travel nursing experience in a Medical Surgical setting
Familiarity with acute care environments and associated patient populations
Strong adaptability and ability to integrate quickly into new care teams
