Full-Stack Engineer

Location - San Francisco, CA - (On-site - 5 Days Per Week)

Compensation - $200,000 - $290,000 Base + 0.4-0.7% Equity

The company is building the operating system for Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) teams, enabling implementation organizations to deliver enterprise software faster while dramatically reducing operational overhead.

Its platform helps engineering and implementation teams manage complex enterprise deployments through AI-powered workflows, agentic systems, and customer-facing collaboration tools. As a Full-Stack Engineer, you'll work directly with the CTO and founding engineering team to build greenfield enterprise products from scratch. You'll own product decisions from architecture through deployment while building AI-powered enterprise workflows, client-facing dashboards, and core platform capabilities used by enterprise customers.

Build a brand-new client-facing enterprise dashboard from the ground up

Design and ship full-stack product features from ideation through production

Own frontend architecture, backend implementation, and system design decisions

Build scalable enterprise workflows powered by AI and agentic systems

Collaborate directly with the CTO on platform architecture and engineering strategy

Design highly polished customer-facing product experiences

Work across Python, TypeScript, cloud infrastructure, and modern AI tooling

Build enterprise-grade APIs, backend services, and frontend applications

Improve scalability, reliability, and maintainability across the platform

Collaborate directly with enterprise customers to understand workflow requirements

Work with LLMs, agent frameworks, and AI-powered product capabilities

Drive engineering excellence while shipping rapidly in a high-ownership startup environment

3+ years of full-stack engineering experience

• Experience building customer-facing products end-to-end
• Experience working at high-growth startups with real enterprise customers
• Experience owning products from architecture through production deployment
• Experience building enterprise software or workflow products
• Experience working on AI-powered products or developer tooling is preferred
• Previous experience building enterprise dashboards or workflow software strongly preferred

Expert-level Python and TypeScript experience

Strong frontend engineering skills with excellent UI/UX judgment

Strong backend architecture and systems design expertise

Experience building enterprise SaaS applications

Experience working with AWS or similar cloud platforms

Strong understanding of software architecture and scalable system design

Experience working with LLMs, AI applications, or agentic workflows

Strong API design and full-stack engineering capabilities

Experience building highly polished production user interfaces

Strong engineering fundamentals across frontend, backend, and infrastructure

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another technical discipline preferred

Top-30 Computer Science or technical university strongly preferred

Exceptional open-source projects or engineering portfolio may substitute for academic pedigree

Strong systems engineering background with demonstrated product-building ability
