Registered Nursing (RN) Emergency Department (Nights)

Emergency Room Registered Nurse
Location: Sanford, NC
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: Night shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be experienced in emergency nursing, trauma, and resuscitation procedures, and will work collaboratively within a team to deliver effective patient care.
Responsibilities:

Provide emergency care to patients of all ages.
Administer medications and monitor patient conditions.
Perform triage and prioritize patient care based on urgency.
Utilize emergency medical equipment and technology effectively.
Document patient care accurately in electronic health records.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Current RN license in the state of practice.
ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required.
NIH stroke certification.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency nursing is preferred.
Experience in trauma and basic telemetry/EKG is advantageous.
