PHYSICAL THERAPIST NEED FOR TRAVEL CONTRACT
Preferred
Seeking a home health Physical Therapist to provide in-home therapeutic services, helping patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
Responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and achieving productivity goals of 30 visits per week.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, an active California license, and potentially BLS certification.
Preferred candidates have prior home health or travel experience and familiarity with documentation systems used in home health settings.
