Head of Programme Management

The Program Director will oversee budgets, resources, timelines, and vendor relationships while driving alignment between business objectives and technical execution. They will serve as a senior liaison to stakeholders, champion best practices in program governance, and ensure that all program outcomes meet quality and performance expectations.

Remote opportunity with a preference for candidates located in or near Atlanta, GA; candidates outside the area must be willing and able to travel to Atlanta approximately once per month for client and business engagements.

Act as the client's advocate inside of Compucom and own the overall Profit & Loss (revenue through Margin), growth within account base, and Gross Margin Dollars for client(s).

Build trusted senior customer relationships based on mutual respect for the customer's business and how Compucom can support their business and IT objectives.

Provide delivery oversite related to the day-to day operations of customer relationship teams that are focused on providing customers with support, guidance, and knowledge resources to boost renewals and strive for zero churn.

Through coaching, mentoring and guiding: Lead the planning process for incremental growth alongside sales, product development, and other customer facing functions.

Responsible for client revenue forecasting in collaboration with delivery and program management based on actual sales volume, client information (such as new app releases and end-user additions), and forecasting trends (prior volume, seasonality, etc.).

Manage a team to include providing leadership, addressing discipline issues, hiring and terminations, administrative duties, and training for continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.

• 8+ years of related experience with a focus on business strategy with 5+ of those years working for a Managed Services Organization
• Financial acumen: 5+ years' experience forecasting managed services environment, building a yearly budgets and Actively Managing the Profit and Loss of assigned account(s)
• Budget Controls-Managing a significant piece of the overall expenditures the function spends to promote CompuCom and the products it sells.
• Proven experience as a leader with an understanding of how to deliver both personal and team goals.
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
• Proven ability as thought leader who is creative and innovative in identifying solutions and persuading others to a course of action
• Strong strategic and tactical account management skills
• Budget Controls-Managing a significant piece of the overall expenditures the function spends to promote CompuCom and the products it sells.

Creative Business Development-Develop unique ways to grow the business with your customer and provide solutions to financial, economic or environmental challenges.

Business Planning/Project Management-Develop and manage complex business plans, while executing against specific financial and SLA targets.

Industry Acumen-Engage your customer, as well as the broader industry, to identify and utilize solutions with the focus on generating and/or retaining business.

Strong Customer Relationships-Manage all aspects of the customer relationship, whether directly or indirectly, while promoting the CompuCom brand and its strategy.
