Description

Conduct thorough evaluations in either an inpatient or outpatient environment and create tailored treatment plans for each individual
Implement physical therapy techniques aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
Work collaboratively with a team of nurses, physicians, case managers, and rehabilitation specialists to maximize patient outcomes
Provide education to patients and their families regarding therapeutic goals, discharge strategies, and home exercise routines
Ensure all evaluations, treatments, and patient progress are meticulously documented as per facility protocols and regulations
Engage in interdisciplinary team rounds and conferences to ensure seamless and coordinated patient care
Education
~ Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from a recognized institution

Certifications
Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
CPR certification preferred
Additional specialized certifications (e.g., neurological, geriatric) are advantageous but not mandatory

Previous experience in a clinical setting is strongly preferred
