Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist - Full-Time

Position: Bilingual Front Desk Administrator
Location: Bethesda, MD
Pay: $50,000/year
Experience:

• 3 years of experience as a Front Desk Administrator, Receptionist, or Administrative Assistant in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in office supply management, event coordination, or executive support is a plus.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework in business administration, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.

Type: Full-time; Contract
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm

Job Description:

• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and deliver results
• Provide high-quality customer experiences for visitors, employees, and executives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with office technology and vendor coordination.
• Meticulous attention to detail in managing administrative tasks, mail tracking, and event coordination.

Position Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional phone etiquette.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on professionalism, warmth, and responsiveness.
