Home Health Care LPN RN - Night Shift

Join WesleyLife and Help Revolutionize the Aging Experience! As a Licensed Practical Nurse, You Will Provide direct nursing care, such as wound care, IV therapy, and catheter management. Comprehensive assessments of residents' health conditions, including vital signs, and developing individualized care plans.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation and monitoring for side effects.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate and optimize resident care, including communicating with physicians and families.

Conduct admissions into Edgewater's Health Center.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for residents.

Open Shifts Available Overnight (6:00p-6:00a) FT

Day (6:00a-6:00p) FT

Qualifications State of Iowa LPN license

Previous LTC experience is preferred but not required

What We Offer Starting pay rate based on years of experience and shift differential o up to $5.00 an hour!
