Program Manager
onsemi is hiring a Program Manager to drive governance excellence and business process execution across semiconductor technology and new product development. This role is critical to ensuring compliance with technical and business objectives, managing governance schedules, and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to keep projects on track from concept through manufacturing ramp. The individual will have the opportunity to work across new products, intellectual property, package development, and process improvement initiatives while supporting innovation and execution excellence. This position offers high visibility and the chance to make a meaningful impact on business performance and operational effectiveness.
Manage a complex governance programs and approvals involving:
Intellectual Property (IP) management
Manage the project schedules to meet critical milestones and commitments
Provide technical cross-domain support for issue resolution to keep projects on schedule, within specifications, and maintain quality standards
Enthusiastic, responsive, and passionate about finding opportunities for process improvement
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, materials science, or a related technical field

• 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry with prior experience in a Program Management and governance role or other product development role (product engineering, test engineering, device engineering, etc.)
• Semiconductor process technology expertise
• Experience in industrial and/or automotive industry standards is a plus
• Team player, independent, responsible, capable of multi-tasking, ability to drive people and tasks, leadership qualities

Experience in driving process improvement, workflow optimization, or governance simplification initiatives
