Job Description

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues using tools like Splunk and Dynatrace
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to improve deployment processes
Support cloud-based or on-prem infrastructure to ensure uptime and scalability
Automate workflows and processes to improve efficiency and reliability
Optimize system performance for a high-traffic eCommerce environment
Identify and implement improvements in monitoring, alerting, and incident response
Participate in on-call rotation as needed
Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or related roles
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins (CI/CD pipelines)
• Strong experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace
• Experience supporting high-traffic or eCommerce platforms preferred
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar)
• Understanding of infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.) is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
