Job Description
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced environment supporting a growing eCommerce platform, where performance, scalability, and reliability are critical. You'll play a key role in optimizing infrastructure, enhancing monitoring capabilities, and driving continuous integration and deployment practices.

Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues using tools like Splunk and Dynatrace
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to improve deployment processes
Support cloud-based or on-prem infrastructure to ensure uptime and scalability
Automate workflows and processes to improve efficiency and reliability
Optimize system performance for a high-traffic eCommerce environment
Identify and implement improvements in monitoring, alerting, and incident response
Participate in on-call rotation as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or related roles
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins (CI/CD pipelines)
- Strong experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace
- Experience supporting high-traffic or eCommerce platforms preferred
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar)
- Understanding of infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.) is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
