Our prep cooks create our delicious recipes from fresh ingredients from our local farm partners. They are the foundation for a successful kitchen.
This position is a fit for anyone looking to grow a career in the culinary arts. You will learn about flavor profiles, food trends from around the world, every station in the kitchen and the opportunity for growth and promotion through our hat development program.
