Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our team in Akron.

As an Electrical Engineer you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining electrical systems and components for various projects. Your role will involve collaborating with other engineers and technicians to ensure the successful implementation of projects within budget and deadline constraints.

Responsibilities Designing and developing electrical systems for projects including power distribution, lighting control systems, and communication networks.

Conducting feasibility studies and cost analysis for new projects.

Creating detailed technical drawings using software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.

Selecting appropriate materials and components for electrical systems based on project requirements.

Collaborating with other engineers and technicians to ensure project goals are met.

Testing and troubleshooting electrical systems to identify any issues or defects.

Providing technical support during the installation, commissioning and maintenance of electrical systems.

Staying up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in technology related to electrical engineering.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, theories, concepts and practices.

Proficiency in AutoCAD or SolidWorks software for creating technical drawings.

Location This position is located in Akron but may require travel to other project sites as needed.
