We are currently seeking a skilled Painter to join our production team and bring our designs to life with precision and artistry.

Position Summary The Painter is responsible for preparing, finishing, and painting exhibit components, custom displays, and architectural elements. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of surface preparation and finishing techniques, and the ability to work with a variety of materials and finishes in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, cleaning, masking, and priming.

Inspect finished work for quality and consistency, making touch‑ups as needed.

Collaborate with designers, fabricators, and project managers to ensure accurate execution of creative vision.

Track materials usage and report inventory needs.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or vocational training a plus.

2+ years of experience in professional painting, preferably in exhibit, theatrical, or custom fabrication environments.

Proficiency with HVLP spray equipment and other painting tools.

Comfortable working with wood, metal, plastics, and other substrates.

Preferred Skills Experience with automotive or industrial coatings.
