Server Responsibilities Understanding and practicing our mission, values, and objectives

Greeting customers as they are seated at the table; Take accurate food/beverage orders and deliver completed orders to guests

Pre‑bus tables to maintain a clean environment

Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, tea, ice, etc.

Collect payments and operate cash register

Job Expectations Stand for prolonged periods of time and handle products, tools, paperwork and equipment

May be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, extreme heat, steam, and cold present in a kitchen environment and requested to work with cleaning chemicals
