Brand Ambassadors Needed

Summary

Brand Ambassadors deliver a personalized, customer-first shopping experience on the sales floor and support the Ralph Lauren brand through styling, product knowledge, and strong service. This entry-level retail role drives sales performance by meeting KPI targets, connecting customers to loyalty programs, and maintaining store presentation. Ambassadors also support day-to-day store operations and training initiatives as a foundation for future leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and personalized styling to exceed customer expectations.

Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs (SPH, data capture) and utilize tools to drive performance.

Assist customers in fitting rooms, support sizing, and maintain store standards on the sales floor and back of house.

Support operational activities including floor sets, replenishment (ISOS), opening and closing tasks, and visual standards.

Connect customers to the Polo Connect program and educate them on available products, programs, and initiatives.

Participate in company trainings and provide product and category feedback to management.

Requirements

Retail or related customer-facing experience preferred; strong communication skills required.

Ability to stand, walk, and work on the sales floor for extended periods and operate the register/POS.

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., maneuver around stock and dressing rooms, and perform physical store tasks.

Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel as required.

Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
