Our jobs focus on providing interim housing, nourishing meals, and safe locations to empower our clients to find their "Journey to Home."

Oversee the safe and efficient running of a Site/Location. This includes but is not limited to: ensuring proper security protocols are in place, assuring appropriate staffing levels, and partnering with the management team to create a cohesive working environment.

Lead/delegate responsibility for regularly-scheduled meetings, encouraging input from the team as well as delivering instructions, policy changes, and outlining areas for improvement.

Interact with law enforcement, PET, and other medical and mental health teams on behalf of the patient with a proficient understanding of Harm Reduction and Patient Retention.

With constant attention to Company's objectives, assist in the establishment of policies and procedures to assure financial, mission, and safety objectives.

Adhere to the program and guidelines set forth by Office Diversion and Re-Entry (ODR).

High school diploma with a Bachelor Degree in Business relevant field desired

Three years' Program Management experience required

Conflict management and/or de-escalation experience required

Previously worked at a traditional housing facility
