You’ll work rotating 12‑hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, providing vital support on a unit that specializes in medical‑surgical and telemetry care. With an emphasis on flexibility, you’ll have the opportunity to float within similar units or sister facilities to meet patient needs. The role involves managing patient loads with ratios typically around 1:6, with occasional adjustments to 1:7 during staffing shortages. Every other weekend is required, and there’s an on‑call component for low census periods.
