Receptionist for Dealership Front Desk

We are seeking a new team member for Levelland location to assist in reception and accounting duties as outlined below. Automotive experience is a plus, but not necessary. Kindly greet customers in a timely manner and direct to correct department
Answer phones and transfer calls to appropriate department
Issue gas cards for lot fuel and sold units, and post receipts
Stock in incoming units from convoys, purchases, or dealer trades
Be able and willing to be cross trained for other positions in the office.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Automotive experience preferred
Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills
Ability to provide quality customer service
