Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Bowie, MD.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm; every other Saturday 7:00am - 11:00am
Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
Process billing information and collect payments when required
Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
Provide superior customer service to all patients
Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
High school diploma or GED or equivalent
Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist
1 year or more of phlebotomy experience
In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency may meet requirements
Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Exceptional customer service
Comfortable working under minimal supervision
Travel to additional sites as needed, reliable transportation

We are currently seeking a Phlebotomist to work in a Patient Service Center. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. PSTs may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics
**Pay Range: $17.75 - $26.00 per hour
All job offers will be based on a candidates skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
