We’re looking for an energetic HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you're passionate about recruiting, building relationships, and helping employees succeed, this is an opportunity to make an immediate impact.
Hours: 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday
Location: Bowling Green, KY
What You'll Do
Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly positions
Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and ATS records
Coordinate background checks, drug screens, and job offers
Lead new hire onboarding and orientation
Support employee engagement, retention, and training initiatives
Monitor attendance and assist with corrective action documentation
Support continuous improvement, safety, and plant initiatives
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
1-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing
Strong sense of urgency and follow-through
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience with ATS and HRIS systems
High attention to detail
Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
