Need Weekend Care For A Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Wound Care Nurse/RN (WCC, WOCN) to join our dedicated team.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts, with on-call rotation every 3rd weekend.
Wound Care Experience is a must.

Wound Care RN Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care following healthcare policies, procedures, and Missouri state regulations
Complete wound treatments for residents in a skilled nursing facility
Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans
Monitor, record, and communicate resident conditions
Carry out physician and nursing orders accurately
Coordinate with wound care providers and oversee nursing staff wound treatments
Provide education to CNAs and nurses on wound care and prevention
Perform medication administration, documentation, and oversee residents’ care
Wound Care RN Qualifications: Wound care experience required
Certification (WCC, WOCN) preferred but not required
Minimum of 1-3 months related nursing experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
