Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a night shift position in Las Cruces, NM. The ideal candidate will provide quality patient care while working in a dynamic hospital setting that emphasizes compassionate healthcare services.
Responsibilities
Monitor patient health and administer medications as prescribed.
Assist in the development and implementation of nursing care plans.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Document patient progress and changes in condition.
Provide education to patients and their families about health management.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Current RN license in the state of New Mexico or eligibility to obtain one.
Strong clinical skills and experience in a hospital setting preferred.
Must have necessary certifications prior to start.
All clinical staff must be fingerprinted and have a background check initiated.
