You will lead the application development process focusing on technical strategy, people management, and operational excellence; along with a strong partnership with Product Management, User Experience and Data ScientistsWhat You’ll DoAct with Integrity and Ownership: Serve as a technical stakeholder who isn't afraid to dive into the code when needed to unblock the team or resolve high-severity production issues.Deliver Customer Value at Speed: Orchestrate the end-to-end delivery of high-impact features. The Skills and Experience You’ll BringAt least 3 years of experience in engineering management leadership roles and a track record of delivering complex, scalable systems.A proven ability to mentor and lead technical projects with high ambiguity.A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
