MedSurg Registered Nurse (RN) Night Shifts

Medical Surgical Telemetry Nurse
This is a night shift position, working 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00.
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Surgical Telemetry Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will be willing to float to other campuses if necessary, particularly when census drops. Call requirements are essential, and the candidate must be able to return to the facility within one hour when called.
Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a Medical Surgical Telemetry Unit.
Float to other campuses as needed to maintain staffing levels.
Respond promptly to call requirements and manage patient care effectively.
Ensure compliance with medication scanning protocols.
Utilize skills in the management of dysrhythmias and code team protocols.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 2 years of recent and consecutive experience in a Medical Surgical setting.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
Travel experience is required; first-time travelers will not be considered.
Ability to work in a smoke-free environment and comply with all health regulations.
Valid state nursing license required; pending licenses not accepted.
Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
