Contracts are the foundation of all business and we’re building the AI‑native platform that gets them signed and executed faster while surfacing the intelligence hidden inside every organization’s library of agreements.
We have a best‑in‑market product and are trusted by enterprise customers like IBM, Atlassian, Uber, and Canva. We’re looking for a Strategic Finance Lead to partner directly with our Head of Finance and exec team as we build out the finance function. This individual will help drive our decision making and strategic direction.
Help drive and surface key reporting metrics across the company to inform business decisions
Build unit economics by segment, vertical, and motion to inform pricing, packaging, and where we lean in
Help quarterback our investor relations strategy and execution alongside the Head of Finance and CEO
Lead cross‑functional strategic projects where finance horsepower makes a difference (e.g., Build operational processes to support a nascent but highly levered finance team
5+ years of work experience across buy‑side investing, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance (e.g., strategic finance, corporate development).
Software or Business Services experience.
Strong grasp of software metrics and financial modeling.
Sales & Marketing, Customer Success).
170,000 - $210,000, plus meaningful equity
