Remote Technical Recruiting Sourcer

We’re seeking a driven and resourceful Technical Recruiter to help scale a rapidly growing technology organization. This role will focus primarily on hiring high-caliber engineering talent while also supporting recruiting efforts across additional business and operational functions. This is a hands-on recruiting position requiring strong sourcing capabilities, relationship-building skills, and the ability to attract and close exceptional candidates in competitive markets.
Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and business-critical roles
- Build and maintain pipelines of high-quality engineering candidates
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to engage passive talent
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring priorities
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Improve recruiting processes, tools, and reporting as the company scales
- Provide market insights related to compensation, talent availability, and hiring trends
- Serve as a strategic talent partner to internal stakeholders
Who You'll Recruit
- Versatile problem-solvers who can own projects from concept to execution
- Product-minded professionals focused on delivering customer value
- Additional hiring support may include operational, technical, and business roles as needed.
3–7+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in-house
- Demonstrated success hiring software and technical talent
- Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, and outbound recruiting strategies
- Proven track record of building candidate pipelines and closing hires
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining quality and responsiveness
- Talent acquisition is a critical component of the company's growth strategy. The individuals hired through this role will directly influence the organization's ability to scale products, operations, and long-term business success.
