Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – RemoteLocation: Modesto, CaliforniaJob Type: Full TimeWork Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PMCompensation: $140,000 - $160,000 per year + benefitsAbout the RoleAs a Remote LCSW, you will play a key role in delivering virtual mental health care to individuals dealing with a range of emotional and psychological challenges. You'll provide therapy services through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform and be a trusted source of support and guidance.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and formulate individualized treatment plansProvide evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and/or familiesMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationMonitor client progress and adjust interventions as neededParticipate in regular clinical team meetings and case reviews (if applicable)Comply with all ethical, legal, and professional standards of practice
