About this positionThe pharmacist will provide quality, timely, and cost-effective drug therapy to our customers. Performs clinical pharmacy functions, including customer monitoring and consulting with other clinical team members. Oversees the dispensing of medications and intravenous solutions by pharmacy technicians.RequirementsEducation• Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree

• PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency (or 3-years hospital pharmacy experience)
• Preferred: board certificationExperience• Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency program (or 3-years pharmacist hospital experience) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Computer and keyboard skills
• Adaptable to changing priorities, tasks, and work schedules to meet customer needsLicensure/Certification• Licensed by MN State Board of Pharmacy
