NHC Somerville is looking for one LPN or RN to join our Nursing Team, as Wound Care Nurse ! Wound Care Certification is not required, but preferred...with the expectation to become Wound Care Certified in the future.
working with the interdisciplinary care team to assure accurate patient assessment
development of individualized patient plans of care
assuring that appropriate nursing wound care is being provided
other patient care duties as assigned.
