Need Full Time Care Live-in Caregiver

Job Title Calling all compassionate, reliable North County caregivers! Do you have a heart for helping older adults one-on-one in their homes? Windward Life Care is hiring non-medical Home Care Aides in the North County area!

$21.50-$24.00/hr pay rate for most North County shifts, PLUS additional incentives for:
Weekends + $1/hr
Shorter shifts (less than 8 hours) + $2/hr and $20 gas stipend
Work with a team of professional Care Managers with 24/7 support

Weekly Pay Day - Every Friday
Gas Mileage Reimbursement
Medical/Dental/Vision, Life Insurance, and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for Full Time Employees
Referral Program - earn up to $400 per caregiver referral!
Essential Duties: Bathing, Dressing, Toileting, Transferring, Assisting with walking, Light Housekeeping, Meal Preparation, Companionship, Errands and Appointments, Medication Reminders, Managing Dementia and Alzheimer's Related Behaviors
Caregiving experience with older adults, including: Alzheimer's/Dementia, Personal Care (Bathing/Showering, Incontinence Care)
Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance and Clean Driving Record -must feel comfortable driving clients in your vehicle
Ability to pass Home Care Services Bureau Live Scan background check and TB Test - We will PAY for costs in the application and Live Scan process!
This position requires compliance with company infection control and safety protocols, including wearing a face covering during certain work activities.
