Maintenance TechnicianDue to tremendous growth throughout the company, we are seeking a Maintenance Technician with critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to join our team!Responsibilities:Responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machineryPerform preventative and predictive maintenance on industrial machineryWrite, maintain, and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs)Program PLC'sComplete daily maintenance and repair logsCommunicate with Production Associates and ManagementMaintain and secure work toolsClean and maintain work areaFollow all safety proceduresProvide training as requestedOrder tools and machinery inventory partsOther duties as assignedMinimum Requirements:Electrical systems, Mechanical systems, Hydraulic & pneumatic systems, Plumbing, Carpentry, HVAC, Welding, Piping systems, PLC programmingAbility to read and interpret blueprints and schematicsBasic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent or technical school training preferredManual dexterity required for operating machinery and computersAbility to lift up to 30 pounds requiredRegular, consistent attendance of scheduled shifts is requiredPhysical Requirements:Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environmentWork involves frequent lifting of materials up to 30 poundsMachinery and tool operation requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, and work bootsRequired Competencies:Weekly payMedical, Dental, VisionPet, Legal, and Hospital Indemnity Insurance401k (match)Paid Time Off PackagePaid Parental LeaveTuition ReimbursementReferral ProgramGreat company cultureCollaborative team environmentEOE / Drug-Free WorkplaceWe are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
