Telehealth Counselor - Fully Flexible & Remote

Riverplace Psychotherapy Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dynamic team. This full-time position will be conducted remotely, allowing you to provide essential psychotherapy services through a telehealth platform to clients across Gresham, Oregon, and beyond. Your role will include assessing mental health statuses, developing tailored therapy plans, and delivering counseling for a diverse range of mental health issues.

The work setting for this role is completely remote, utilizing state-of-the-art telehealth technology to connect with clients. Our practice environment is designed to facilitate effective communication and engagement through virtual platforms, ensuring that you can deliver quality care without the barriers posed by physical constraints. You’ll have access to a collaborative online team, including administrative support that helps manage documentation and billing tasks.

Provide daily psychotherapy sessions to individuals experiencing various mental health challenges.

Collaborate with additional healthcare professionals and community resources, referring clients to external support services when needed.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, ranging from youth to adults, who may be facing a myriad of issues including substance abuse, anxiety disorders, depression, and eating disorders. By leveraging telehealth, you'll be able to reach individuals who might not otherwise have access to mental health services, providing them with the support they need in a convenient and accessible manner.

A Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.

Must hold a valid LPC license in the state of Oregon.

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed professional counselor, with a record of providing effective therapy.

Experience working within a telehealth framework or providing counseling remotely.

Familiarity with documentation systems and electronic health records management.

Specialized training in evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Motivational Interviewing.

This rewarding position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 per year, with potential for a sign-on bonus.
