Registered Nurse MedSurg Neurology Nights

Registered Nurse - Neuro Unit (Night Shift)
This is a 13-week contract position.
Night shift, 4x12 hours (18:45 - 07:15), with a ratio of 1:6.
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Neuro Unit team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with a strong teamwork approach to patient care, focusing on patient safety and quality of care.
Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional patient care for adults and geriatrics with neuro-focused diagnoses.
Utilize a teamwork approach to promote a safe and effective patient care environment.
Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams including IV Teams, Physical Therapy, and Pharmacy.
Participate in the charge nurse role as needed and be willing to float to other units.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required.
ACLS and BLS certifications are mandatory.
NIHSS certification and neuro experience are preferred.
Current RN license (NC or Compact license pending is acceptable for submission).
