Maintenance Electrician (Journeyman) | Full Time

J2 Company is hiring a Skilled Electrician with growth opportunities. This individual will have knowledge of construction and underground electrical needs and issues. They will be able to do basic troubleshooting, as well as install, repair and maintain electrical equipment while constantly demonstrating safe work practices. Project focused and team minded. Some travel may be required.
Must be knowledgeable in skilled electrical trade
Seasoned Journeyman Electrician experience preferred
Must be able to ensure compliance with OSHA safety, health, and quality standards
Must maintain electrical project oversight to meet project objectives.
Will ensure compliance with local, state and federal codes/regulations
Must present great leadership skills and willingness to help others
Is familiar with commercial electrical trade
2+ years of electrical services
High School Diploma or GED
Strong knowledge and application of National Electric Code (NEC)
Construction Quality Control
Familiarity with electrical and mechanical schematics, blueprints, and manuals
Familiarity with electrical and mechanical equipment and hand tools
As determined by “fit for duty” assessment by medical professional.
Four (4) year technical degree in electrical field
Experience utilizing a computerized maintenance management system
Experience operating a motorized forklift and/or clamp truck
Experience with PLC controls
Team Building
Problem Solving/Analysis
Minimum High School Diploma
Work Experience in Field of Work Equivalent
