Role We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Director to join our team! This full time exempt-level position provides Human Resources support, including payroll, benefits and recruitment management, as well as the ongoing support and development of a quality workforce. This is a one-person department, with dotted line accountability to Corporate Office in Overland Park, KS.

Manages and processes bi-weekly payroll

Assists with the development and implementation of services, policies and programs for staff

Assists facility directors and staff with all Human Resources related issues

Manages the recruiting and staffing function

Maintains facility online education system (CE Solutions)

Prepares, communicates and monitors the performance evaluation process for employees

Demonstrate the ability to set and establish priorities, manage time efficiently.

Effective planning, organizational and detail-oriented skills; ability to prioritize multiple projects and adjust workload accordingly.

Occasional travel to other Communities and/or corporate office may be required.

Demonstrated ability to effectively handle confidential information.
