Family Advocate

Salary Range: $18.00 To $22.00 Hourly

CEO’s many programs offer a broad range of services to meet the needs of our community.

Be responsible for developing partnerships with families by assessing needs, developing a Family Partnership Agreement, conducting home visits, and connecting families with resources to meet their needs.

Collaborate with other agencies and departments to refer families to necessary resources such as mental health, housing, employment, education and childcare.

Assist with ongoing recruitment efforts including outreach, enrollment/re-enrollment of families into the Head Start program.

Be responsible for maintaining accurate, organized, confidential, up-to-date records of parent and child data.

Minimum High School Diploma/GED required

Associates/bachelor’s degree in human services or related field andFDC Credential preferred

Knowledge of community resources

Monday-Friday 730am-3pm and 35 hours per week
