FACILITY:

Part-Time Hourly/Non-Exempt
This position is responsible for preparing food items for all suite orders, catering functions, and possibly some concession items.
Maintain all kitchen equipment cleanliness and annual maintenance
Show creativity in designing food presentations
Maintain a safe and clean working environment, following all proper food handling and preparation guidelines as directed
Daily contact with the Executive Chef, Premium Services Manager, Catering Staff, and other Arena employees
Assists in the supervision of temporary labor staff when applicable
Works primarily in the main kitchen and possibly in the concession stands within the facility
Must possess previous experience in a sporting venue or banquet facility preparing meals for large events
Must possess the knowledge of proper food handling and preparation procedures
Must possess the ability to be creative with buffet food presentations and produce a quality product while paying strict attention to detail
Must possess the ability to work a flexible schedule to include days, nights, weekends, and holidays, work as a team, and have reliable transportation
Must practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations, and complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training
Must pass a HireRight Background Check in accordance with company policy
